A. Meet with students who have chosen the same option (1-4)
B. Craft an opening statement which does the following (each part must be delivered by a different student:
- Main Point: Communicates the main belief/POV of your option
- Policies: Give examples of three policies that your option would support
- Core Beliefs: Expresses 2 core beliefs of your option
- Lessons from History: Gives at least one historical example in support of your option
C. Understand what your option would say about how the US should feel about the following issues (at least one student should be an expert on each topic):
- Trade Issues
- Human Rights
- Security/Military
- Taiwan
- China's Growing Power/Strength
